What is CBT Cards?

Is CBT Cards a replacement for therapy?
No. It is for general wellness and self-reflection, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional care.
Does the app work offline?
Cards and locally stored entries are available on-device. Optional online services such as cloud backup, analytics, and diagnostics require an internet connection.
Where is my journal data stored?
Journal and check-in data is stored locally using Hive. A user-initiated Google Drive backup option is also available. See the privacy policy for confirmed details.
Does CBT Cards require an account?
No account is required for core cards, journal entries, or check-ins. Google Drive backup requires the user to sign in to Google when they choose to use that feature.
