These terms apply to the CBT Cards app and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms.

General wellness only

CBT Cards provides educational prompts and personal-reflection tools. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It is not a substitute for a psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, or other qualified professional. If you are in immediate danger or severe distress, contact local emergency services or a qualified local professional.

Permitted use

You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or make the app or its content available as your own product except where law permits.

Your entries and backups

You are responsible for the content you record, export, share, or back up. Keep exported files and backup accounts secure. We cannot recover locally deleted data or access a backup controlled by you.

Availability and stores

The app is distributed through third-party app stores, which have their own terms. Features, availability, and pricing may change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the app where reasonably necessary.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The app is provided as available, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular personal outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

Intellectual property and changes

CBT Cards, its content, and its design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We may update these terms; the effective date will show the latest version. Governing law is intentionally not specified until the publisher’s jurisdiction is confirmed.
