For app help, privacy questions, and practical next steps.

Contact

Use the CBT Cards contact page to choose the right route. For app support, include your device model, operating-system version, app version, and a brief description of the issue. Do not include diary contents or other sensitive personal information.

Common fixes

  • Update CBT Cards from Google Play or the App Store.
  • Restart the app and device before reinstalling.
  • Export or back up data before clearing app data or reinstalling, if you want to retain it.
  • Check notification permissions in the app and device settings if reminders do not arrive.

Data reset and deletion

CBT Cards stores entries locally. You can remove entries in the app or clear app data/uninstall to remove local storage. If you created an exported file or Google Drive backup, delete it separately in that destination. See Privacy for the confirmed data flow.
