Local data
Journal and check-in entries are stored locally in Hive. The app can use a device-secured key for supported encrypted boxes.
CBT Cards combines short CBT-inspired prompts with a structured journal and personal check-ins. It is built for general wellness and reflection, not diagnosis or treatment.
Browse short CBT cards, reflection metaphors, and step-by-step protocols. Cards can be favorited and revisited. The app also includes tools such as Thought vs Fact, Worry Box, timers, and activity-effect entries.
The app does not interpret your responses for you or turn a reflection exercise into a clinical result.

The journal supports entries about a situation, thoughts, emotions, body reactions, behaviour, alternative thoughts, outcome, and tags. Daily check-ins record mood, energy, and stress.
The app can show reports based on your own local activity. They are informational views of entries you create, not health assessments.

Analytics and Crashlytics collection are controlled by an in-app consent setting. A Google Drive backup can be initiated by the user.
You can export or import supported backup data from Settings. Deleting app data or uninstalling the app removes local data unless it has been exported or backed up separately.
Timers and activity-effect entries can make a planned action more concrete and help you record what changed afterwards, without treating the observation as a clinical outcome.
